Ingredients

Dorada medium size 2 pcs.
Shallot 1-2 onions
Fresh ginger 1 small process
Chilli ⅓-½ pod
Garlic 2 cloves
Zest 1 lemon
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
Sesame oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
Coarse sea salt taste

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the onion, chop the ginger into strips, chili and garlic into rings, grate the zest (only the yellow part!).

  • Cut off the fins and tail of the fish with scissors, peel off the scales, carefully cut open the stomach and remove the intestines (the gallbladder is on the right just under the ridge near the head), cut out the gills and rinse thoroughly under cold water.   • Salt and stuff the belly with a mixture of spices, put inside on a bay leaf.

  • Season the outside with salt, sprinkle the spice mixture on one side of the fish and place this side on baking paper.
  • Sprinkle spices and chili rings on the other side of the fish.

This dish is not only tasty, but also very effective due to its serving directly in envelopes. Suitable for the festive table.

And it is also extremely convenient, and this is why: I made preparations for the night!

The fish prepared for baking lay in the refrigerator for about 15 hours right in the envelopes, nothing came out, and of course it was marinated perfectly.
So you can confidently make preparations the day before, and then quickly bake before serving, while the guests knead the salads.

And by the way, you can immediately add a ready-made garnish to the fish in an envelope and bake them together.
