Wheat flour 3 cups
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Rast. oil 70 g (not a typo)
5 proteins (from five eggs) +
Milk 100 ml = 250 ml

Cooking method

  • 5 proteins (from five eggs) + 100 ml. milk = volume 250 ml. The amount of milk depends on the volume of egg whites - in any case, proteins + milk should make up a total volume of 250 ml.
  • We put all the ingredients in the bread maker (according to the instructions) and put them in the "wheat bread" mode.

I use a measuring cup from a Panasonic bread maker. And in three such cups about 500 grams of flour.

Then she realized that there was milk in the recipe and decided to pour 1.5 tbsp into the flour. tablespoons of milk powder, and put 450 gr of flour. The bread turned out to be wonderful. The crust is ruddy, the crumb is simply airy.I baked in the "Basic" mode, size - 700 g, crust - medium. I almost turned off the program forcibly, because there were still 6 minutes left until the end, and the top was already quite ruddy, I was afraid the sides would be too dark. But I decided not to interfere and did the right thing - everything is just super!
