Liver pate with mushrooms

Ingredients

Beef liver 500g
boiled wild mushrooms (champignons are also possible) 300g
butter 200g
onion 2 pcs
carrot 2 pcs
salt taste
sugar taste
ground black pepper taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the liver into small cubes and fry in butter until golden brown, and then simmer under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
  • 2. Boil the mushrooms for 40 minutes. You can use disgusting frozen mushrooms.
  • 3. Dice the onion, coarsely grate the carrots and fry until tender.
  • 4. Pass the liver with onions and carrots and 100 g of butter through a meat grinder.
  • 5. Salt and pepper the mass and mince it again with the bends. Mix everything well and cool in the form.
