Charokh cookies

Ingredients

Dough:
soft butter 100 g
Egg 1 PC
milk 50 ml
baking powder 1/2 tsp
sugar 70 g
wheat flour 250 g
vanillin
Filling:
apples 4 things
walnuts 50 g
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
water 5 tbsp. l.
cinnamon

Cooking method

  • I would like to offer you delicious cookies of an unusual shape. Cookies are quick and easy to prepare, their appearance is very similar to pointed shoes.
  • For the filling: cut the apples into strips, put in a saucepan, add sugar, cinnamon, water. Put on fire and simmer over medium heat until all liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat and add nuts.
  • For the dough: grind the butter with sugar, add the egg, stir. Add milk, vanillin and stir again. Sift flour with baking powder and knead the dough.
  • Roll out a part of the dough and cut out triangles with a side of 10-11 cm.

  • Make slits inside the triangle with a knife (convenient for a pizza knife)

  • Put the filling in the middle of the triangle and close one side,

  • Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven. As soon as the sock of the cookie turns golden, you can take it out. Cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.

I am reporting ... I really did not succeed in such beauty (I sculpted flashlights, we got shoes), but this did not affect the taste. The dough was very tender, I had to add 1 tablespoon of flour, but perhaps more could have been. The filling behaved correctly and was not going to run away ..
