Dear forum users! The second day I am worried about this - that I did not buy HP Panasonic. In the store, the manager apparently divorced me like ... well. Allegedly, LG HB-159 E has a rye bread program and, in general, all top types. And what I understand now is that there is no such function, the function of baking along the way too ... Just an inscription and nothing more (I'm talking about a Russian chef). I tried to bake bread. The top is pale even on a dark crust, the bread does not rise to the height of the bucket, as the forum users show ... Here they write that the size of the bucket is small for kneading dough for pies. I sit and almost roar Is there a chance that I bought some non-frank nonsense? Or go nuts and throw her away, so as not to get upset?

I would be very grateful for the recipe tested on this model. it just feels like all the recipes for panasy and mule ...

Do you have a book with recipes for this cotton? Is there a cupcake program (aka baked goods)?

Hello!
I have LJ. just another. I bake daily for 2.5 years. I don’t care what kind of recipe he used to bake his bread. Whether in Panasonic or in Moulinex. Peks for all the recipes that they spread. Consider only one thing - the bookmark order recommended in the instructions for your HP. If there are no instructions, try liquids first, then flour and other ingredients. It seems to me that all AlJs have this bookmarking order. What weight of bread can be baked in tovei KhP, how much is it designed for? I have 700g. It turns out a dough for 14-16 pies.

That's it ... I totally agree with Olga from Voronezh ... I have had LG155 for 10 years. The bread bakes perfectly. I changed the bucket only once, and no more repairs. Excellent technique. The dough is generally super (squeaks under the hands - as my friend says). Enough for 20 pies, but mine are not very big ones. Why more? it's better to bake new ones ... Also designed for 700 gr. Don't worry, maybe this is just the first pancake. which is lumpy, and then everything will go like clockwork ... I'm happy with my ski.

Thanks for the feedback, girls! Tell me, what is the recipe for making pies ... on fire!

AnnaK, check what yeast you have! should be fast-acting, instant, and not just dry. for a bread maker you need Saf-Moment, not Saf-Levure

and yes, I had an LG until I switched to baking in the oven. great stove

Anya, calm down and re-read here on the forum all the recommendations for beginners. The LV has all the good recipes in the booklet, but there are common typiographic mistakes. Here somewhere there is a theme: the bread did not work out, help - there and write with a full layout of the recipe that you did, if possible - take a picture in stages how the dough bun was kneaded - how it looked

In September, an employee bought an LV one that beats butter and makes yogurt and raised a complete panic that French bread does not work out - the top is light, does not rise. I began to ask about the consistency of the dough and in response I heard: it was liquid in the bucket, it was like pancakes! But she advised her to re-read the Breadmaker's forum. Now, for several weeks now, everything is fine with her: she bakes white, sour cream, completely from whole grain flour. Yeast is popular with us Lviv (dry). Your inf does not indicate where you are from.Russia? Ukraine? or? it will be easier to give advice, otherwise, for example, in Russia there is no Lvov yeast, but there are Voronezh yeast or Saf moment

Just an inscription and nothing more (I'm talking about a Russian cook). I tried to bake bread. The top is pale even on a dark crust, the bread does not rise to the height of the bucket, as forum users show ...
I have such a bread maker. Quiet. With a square section of a bucket. Fine!
The universal recipe for white bread "220, 330 and a spoonful of everything" - works on Kenwood 230, Kenwood 450, Novex ... And it works on LG 169 too. (I decipher the recipe: 220 ml of water, 330 g of flour, 1 tbsp. L. Odorless oil, 1 tbsp. L. Sugar, 1 tsp. Yeast, 1 tsp. Salt. Liquid below, yeast in the central hole, salt and sugar - in the corners. Main program. Ready bread weight - about 550 g.)
And there are really not many programs: the first three programs (modes) "Russian cook", "Basic" and "Special" are the same. Look in the instructions for the characteristics of the programs. There are three more "French", "Fast", "Dough".
That is 4 (Four) programs :-(
From the attached collection of recipes it is quite a tolerable version of "Kulich".

I've been experimenting with this model of a bread machine for a week. There are pros and cons. I like how quietly the cast aluminum bucket also kneads. Less programs. Sesame milk bread in a bread maker LG HB-159E For a loaf - 700gr.: Milk - 300ml. Salt - 1 hour l. Sugar - 2 tbsp. l. Sesame seeds 2 tbsp. l. Butter 20gr. Sesame oil 2 tbsp. l. Wheat flour 450g. (three measuring cups). Dry yeast 1 hour l. Basic mode. This recipe, taken from a YouTube video, turned out to be a nice bread. I replaced sesame oil with sunflower oil. Worried about the kolobok, seemed at the beginning of the 1st batch to be too liquid, but restrained himself to add flour, on the second batch the bun was already normal to the walls and did not stick to the walls, and here is the result.
