Ingredients

bitter chocolate (75-80%) 200 g
butter 100 g
chicken eggs (large) 4 things
powdered sugar 125 g
a pinch of salt
+ powdered sugar for decoration 1-2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • This dessert is a chocolate addict's dream. It is very chocolatey, delicately buttery in texture. With a cup of tea or coffee ... mmm, and the aroma when baking is worth this ... It is very simple to prepare it, even a child can handle it, the main thing is not to eat chocolate.
  • So...
  • Melt chocolate with butter in a water bath, cool.
  • Separate the proteins from the bile.
  • Beat the yolks with powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Add chocolate mass, stir until smooth.
  • Beat the whites (in a separate bowl) until stable peaks. Gently add the proteins to the dough.
  • Bake the oven to 170 (convection 150) degrees. Cover the baking dish (25x20 cm) with parchment (including the sides). Lay out the dough.
  • We bake for 40-45 minutes. Leave the finished cake in the form, let it cool completely. We put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • Cut into portions, sprinkle with powdered sugar and ... enjoy! It's very tasty, honestly!
