Oven crunchy wings

Ingredients

chicken wings 1-1.2 kg
salt 1 tsp
ground black pepper 0.5 tsp
fresh garlic 3-4 cloves
For breading:
flour 80 g
salt 1 tsp
ground paprika 2 tbsp. l
dry garlic 1 tbsp. l
butter (melted) 1 tbsp. l
vegetable oil (odorless) 3 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Wash the wings, dry, cut at the joints and remove the tips. Season with salt, pepper (adjust the amount of salt and pepper to your liking), add chopped fresh garlic, put in a tight bag and leave for 40-50 minutes.
  • Mix flour (instead of flour, you can use breadcrumbs, but with them the crust of the finished wings is not so tender), paprika, salt and dry garlic. Add to the bag to the wings. Tie the bag tightly, leaving free space above the wings. Shake well, turning the bag in different directions so that the wings are evenly covered with breading.
  • Mix two types of oil in a small container. Quickly dip each chicken in the butter and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • We bake in an oven preheated to 200-210 degrees for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. In the middle of the baking process, if desired, the wings can be turned over.
  • The wings prepared in this way are tender-juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Serve with fresh vegetables or mashed potatoes.
  • You can prepare sauce for the wings (we liked this one):
  • 1 cucumber
  • 120 g curd cheese (Almette)
  • 3 tbsp. l sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. l mayonnaise (optional)
  • salt, black pepper to taste
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • Three cucumber on a coarse grater, squeeze the juice a little. Mix with curd cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise, add chopped garlic.

I don't know if it's easier or not, but according to this recipe from Tatiana-Celfh wonderful sweet and sour wings are obtained. Only instead of honey, I add hot and sweet chili sauce.
