Imitation lecho salad (with zucchini)

Ingredients

water 1 l
tomato paste 350 g
sugar 1 glass
grows up. oil 1 glass
vinegar 9% 1/2 cup
salt 1 tbsp. spoon with top
peeled zucchini 2 Kg
bell pepper 5-6 pieces
bulb onions 10 heads
tomato 10 pieces

Cooking method

  • Boil water, tomato paste, sugar, oil, vinegar and salt. Then add:
  • - diced zucchini, boil for 10 minutes after boiling;
  • - pepper chopped into strips, after boiling, cook for 10 minutes;
  • - chopped onion, after boiling, cook for 10 minutes;
  • - chopped tomatoes, after boiling, cook for 30 minutes.
  • Arrange in banks, roll up.

The dish is designed for

about 5-6 liters

Note

Tomatoes and peppers are almost over (or have not yet begun), and there are still a lot of zucchini, so I attach them here. The salad is very tasty.
I put a little more salt, depending on the size of the peppers, onions and tomatoes. In general, I put less onion than in the recipe - I don't really like it, I choose larger peppers.
I start by peeling and slicing the zucchini; I manage to wash and chop the rest of the vegetables in between boiling. With Phillips dice - salad for the lazy
