Ingredients

Dough
Yeast 2 tsp

Cooking method

From the remaining 2/3, roll out a rectangle or circle in the shape of your pan, transfer it to a baking sheet with a rolling pin, lay out the filling, form the sides. Roll out 1/3 of the dough, use a dough cutter to cut out the strips, transfer them to the cake, weave the grate. If there is dough left, you can make balls, leaves, what else your heart desires. Lubricate with whipped protein (yolk, sweet tea than used to). We put the pie for proofing (I let it stand in the oven with the light on and with a bowl of boiling water) for 35-40 minutes. Bake until golden brown at 180-200C. I baked it for 30 minutes. Bon Appetit.
