  • Add the tomatoes, cut in half, to the bowl so that the tomatoes can soak in the marinade, but keep the tomatoes intact.
  • Preheat the pan on the BAKING mode for 10 minutes to warm up well. My temperature showed 150 * C. The default time is 1 hour, this time was enough to fry 4 portions, and fry vegetables for a side dish.
  • With this method, I do not close the lid of the pressure cooker, I do not set the pressure, I use the pan as a regular frying pan.
  • Put the meat in a saucepan (two portions are included), press on top with a lid-weight for meat, and fry the meat on both sides until browned and golden brown.

I bought for myself a cover-weight for a tapak chicken, but there was no chicken in the house, so I had to carry out tests on a pork neck.
The lid is small and fits freely into the pan, the meat has been pressed to the bottom of the pan.
