Tropicanka cake

Ingredients

Butter 120 g
Flour 175 g
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Ice water 2-3 st. l.
White chocolate 80 gr.
Cream 35% (55 + 135) 190 g
Coconut flakes (grind in a coffee grinder) 20 gr.
Confiture 100 g

Cooking method

  • Incredibly delicious cream ganache, crunchy tartlet that simply melts in your mouth + fruit and sour confiture - a heavenly delight! We really liked it, try it too!
  • Cream (better to prepare the day before):
  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in a MV. Bring 55 g of cream to a boil, pour into the chocolate in three steps, stirring constantly. Add shavings, pour 135 g of cold cream in several steps. Mix everything until smooth (do not beat), pour into a container with a layer of 2-3 cm, cover with cling film so that a crust does not form, put in the refrigerator for a day. Whisk the ganache on a low to medium mixer to avoid the buttery taste of the whipped cream.

Natasha! As always on top! Very nice and delicious!
Does the dough look like crostatino? There, too, butter, flour and a little water ...

I remember we had a rush for such tins, it seems in jellied pies. A lot of people bought them. And I screwed up nothing, I will find it, and there will be sweets on our street!

It turned out very tasty! Only for me they turned out a little different: they look like an egg. I even made mango jam according to your recipe. I was preparing for these cakes for a week, but they ate it at once.
