Choco Grande Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

Dough:
chicken eggs (large) 6 pcs
granulated sugar 200 g
butter 150 g
bitter chocolate 70-75% 250 g
milk 250 ml
wheat flour 150 g
cocoa powder 40 g
baking powder 1 tsp
Ganache (for the layer):
cream 20% 100 g
bitter chocolate 70-75% 70 g
butter 20 g
Glaze:
cocoa powder 8 tsp
milk 150 ml
granulated sugar 150 g
butter 100 g

Cooking method

  • The recipe for this cake, or even a cake, I wanted to lay out next week, but it is simply not possible to resist. This is probably the most chocolatey pastry I've ever tasted. The pie turns out to be mega chocolate and very tasty. And so, dedicated to all chokaholics ...
  • Dough:
  • Pour milk into a saucepan, put butter and chocolate broken into small pieces. We put all this in a water bath and wait, stirring, when the chocolate melts.
  • Beat the eggs with a mixer with sugar into a white fluffy mass, they should at least double in volume.
  • Sift the flour with cocoa powder and baking powder. Add to the egg mass and mix with a spoon or spatula (in a circular motion from bottom to top).
  • Carefully pour the warm chocolate mass into the dough and mix again.
  • Grease a baking dish (24-26 cm) with butter, put the dough in it.
  • We put in an oven preheated to 180 (convection 160) degrees and bake for about 50 minutes (be guided by your oven). The toothpick comes out of the finished cake dry, with small "crumbs" of chocolate. I entrusted the baking process to a multicooker, in a large Panasonic it turned out 1 hour 15 minutes.
  • Put the cake on a wire rack and let it cool.
  • Interlayer:
  • Warm up the cream, but do not boil it. Add chocolate after breaking it into pieces. Stir quickly. Add butter and stir again.
  • Assembly:
  • Cut the cake into two parts. Apply hot impregnation to the bottom cake. Cover with the second cake.

Five chocolate bars in the original recipe! For a week, my husband got tired of this pie so much that one evening, coming home from work, he laid out five bars of Babaev's chocolate on the table in front of me and said: "PIEKI!" Well, I baked it.

Yes, I almost forgot! The pie turns out to be quite tall, if desired, it can be cut into three cakes. Or you can not cut it at all, just pour it with glaze!
