Buckwheat-rice porridge in Oursson pressure cooker

Ingredients

Buckwheat unground 2 measuring cups
Krasnodar rice 1 measuring cup
The water is clean about 800-900 ml. (one finger above the croup)
Butter 40-50 grams
Salt taste
Measuring cup 250 ml.

Cooking method

  • Put cereals, salt, butter in a multicooker pan.
  • Pour enough water to cover the cereal a finger's width above the cereal. Today it took me about 800-900 ml of water.
  • Close the lid of the multicooker, set pressure 1, set the porridge program, turn on START. The preparation has gone.
  • Observations:
  • The default cooking time is 40 minutes.
  • The temperature rises to 111-113 * C, and at the end of cooking it decreases to 96 * C.
  • The steam comes out of the valve constantly, in a normal stream, and it is diffused and quiet.
  • After cooking, the program beeps and goes to heating by 73 * C.
  • In this mode, the pressure is not completely released during the cooking time of the porridge, additional time is given to release the pressure after the signal. I think that this is done so that the porridge sweat for another 10 minutes. But, you can relieve pressure manually, in a couple of minutes.
  • Porridge could have been cooked at zero pressure, but I cooked rice and buckwheat, these are hard cereals, so I set the pressure to 1 (minimum).
  • The porridge is ready, serve hot!

Note

The porridge is crumbly, oily, soft! Grain to grain!
Pour milk into porridge or a bite - and we enjoy eating!
It is better to add Krasnodar rice to buckwheat, it is softer. And the addition of butter to the porridge during cooking makes the cereal oily and crumbly.

And the valve and cap are completely clean !!!!!!

Today I cooked pure buckwheat porridge.

I decided to shorten the cooking time, set the pressure to 2, the time to 30 minutes. The groats are completely cooked, but I liked the result better when cooking for 40 minutes and the pressure of 1. The porridge is softer and stewed!

If, as today, by increasing the pressure, the cereal boiled, but it was rather dry and there was not enough time to languish the porridge.

Summary: I want delicious porridge, cook a little longer, default time 40 minutes, pressure 1 (minimum)
