Good day!
Silly question - "at the signal of the bread maker" is this a signal about the need to fill up the yeast?
Mine gives only one signal at the end of the work.
VishenkaSV
In some models of bread makers, after the first batch, a signal sounds that you can add cheese, raisins, seeds, etc. ... And in others, this is all laid down in a special. container and when it is necessary everything spills out by itself ... Well, like that
Zyrf
Please teach me how to translate the recipe for a different mass of bread. That is, I want to try this bread for 500 grams, so I divide the ingredients in half?

Yes that's right. I have such a model that gives a signal specifically for additional ingredients.

Hello. the question is not at all stupid, because in different models in different ways, mine "beeps" for filling additional ingredients (raisins, the same cheese, etc.)
So you have a possibly additional container into which you pour additional. ingredients, and she will add them herself during the work of HP.
Look at the instructions, maybe, or if the recipe book came with the HP, it says at what point to add something, or pour it right away.

Can! But it will be a completely different bread!
You need to be very careful, cottage cheese contains a lot of liquid, which means you need to revise the amount of liquid in the dough

For every 100 grams of wheat flour, you need 2 grams of fresh yeast.

Wouldn't you write me a recipe for bread 750g weight?)) Otherwise I read and read, but I still did not understand how to recalculate

I made 500g of bread according to the recipe) delicious straight I just didn't understand, or it gives off a little with yeast, or it smells like cheese .. Cheese bread (bread maker)
Admin

The smell of cheese is present in bread, depending on the type, variety and amount of cheese, its original taste and smell. And the smell of cheese appears stronger the next day (this is according to my observation)
