Plain Fish Salad (from Pangasius)

Ingredients

pangasius fillet 500-600gr
boiled potatoes 3 pcs
bulb onions 1 PC
a tomato 2 pcs
sour cream 3 tbsp. l
salt
vinegar 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Thawed the pangasius fillet, washed and dried. Jacket potatoes and fillets cooked in a double boiler.

  • Peeled onions, cut into half rings, added one tablespoon of vinegar and poured boiling water over it. She left it for 20 minutes, then threw it in a colander: the onion got rid of bitterness and was slightly pickled.
  • When the potatoes and fillets have cooled, cut the fish into large (about 1.5 centimeters) pieces. Peeled and cut the potatoes into oblong cubes.
  • I mixed potatoes, onions and fish together. Salted, added sour cream and mixed. Before serving, I added the tomatoes cut into large slices, and gently stirred the salad again.

Note

Delicious fish, delicate shade of pickled onions, juicy tomato pulp and crumbly potatoes and sour cream too!
You can add a clove of garlic to spice up this salad.
You can also bake fish - put it on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, salt it, and bake it in an oven preheated to a temperature of 180-200 degrees. Baking time about 30 minutes. Cool the finished fish without removing it from the baking sheet.
