Cooking method

Or a special tank with a hydraulic lock and leave for 10 days. On the 10th day, bottle and place in a cool place. You can fix it with vodka at the rate of 50 ml per 1 liter of wine, but you can do more, it will be fortified! Bon ... appetite or whatever ... drink!
