I recently learned about fried Adyghe cheese. I bought two heads at once, they weigh about 350 grams, the diameter of the head is 10 cm. I cut them into four semicircles and fry them in olive oil. But I make Adyghe cheese with side dishes:
1. I cut the Bulgarian pepper into pieces and simmer in a pan, where the cheese was fried, sprinkled with Provencal herbs, until it is semi-soft.
2. You can boil basmati rice to Bulgarian peppers.
3. After frying the cheese, simmer frozen green beans in a pan, add whole garlic cloves to it and sprinkle with Provencal herbs and suneli hops from an Indian store. (Khmeli-suneli from an Indian store of a completely different taste).
