Ingredients

For chocolate dough:
eggs 2 pcs
sugar 5 tbsp. l. with a slide
oil drain. melted 4 tbsp. l.
sour cream (preferably homemade) 2 tbsp. l. with a slide
baking powder 1 tsp
cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
flour 5 tbsp. l.
vanilla on the tip of a knife
For white dough:
eggs 2 pcs
sugar 5 tbsp. l. with a slide
oil drain. melted 4 tbsp. l.
sour cream (preferably homemade) 2 tbsp. l. with a slide
vanilla on the tip of a knife
baking powder 1 tsp
coconut flakes 25-30 y. Who like how
flour 7 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • For each dough separately, mix the loose ingredients and whisk the liquid ingredients lightly. Then combine bulk and liquid ingredients in different dishes (for white and chocolate dough). The dough is the consistency of thick sour cream. I put the dough in a double pastry bag (I got it from Lyulёk) and fill the molds with 2/3 dough. Bake at 180 * for about 10-15 minutes, check readiness with a toothpick. You can add nuts to the chocolate dough, or whatever you like. Put to cool on a wire rack. The top can be garnished with chocolate icing or whipped cream and garnished as desired. I covered the top with chocolate icing on gelatin, which I always have in the fridge, just in case, and with whipped cream.

Note

I wrote this recipe myself for my son and husband, as they are very fond of such products. It is better to make the dough from the market sour cream, because then it melts in the mouth, and the store makes the dough thicker.

So I changed everything into tablespoons and now I am guided by them myself. If I do them in the near future, I will definitely remake the recipe into grams.

7 tbsp. l. flour - 160 g
2 tbsp. l. cocoa -20 g
with a baking powder, the grams are not accurate, since the weight is very small, but about 1 tsp. loosener - 8 g
