Ingredients

soft curd 1 kg
eggs 4-5 pcs.
sugar 0.5 tbsp.
chocolate (I have bitter Babaevsky) 300 g
starch 3 tbsp. l. with a slide

softened butter 80 g

Cooking method

  • This recipe is old, the pictures are also old, so don't judge strictly. For some reason, I did not find this recipe on the website, but it deserves attention, believe me!
  • Can be baked in the oven at 180 degrees. I baked in a slow cooker.
  • Instead of 1 kg of soft cottage cheese, I took Rama cream-bonjour 3 pieces of 200 g each, Buko 2 packs of 150 g each with pineapple, 250 g mascarpone (600 + 300 + 250 = 1150).
  • Now, how I did:
  • I softened the cookies in a blender, added butter, kneaded.
  • The multi saucepan (bottom and sides) missed rast. oil.
  • She tamped the base of cookies at the bottom of the saucepan (removed the saucepan with cookies on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator for 10 minutes).
  • Making curd filling:
  • Beat the whites of five eggs until firm peaks, adding a little lemon juice and gradually adding sugar.
  • Mix all the curd ingredients with the yolks and starch until smooth.
  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add to the total mass. Stir everything.
  • Very carefully add the whipped egg whites, stirring with a spoon.
  • Put the whole mass in a saucepan, level the surface, put on the Baking (I got 65 + 10 minutes). Do not open the lid during baking! Will settle ...
  • After baking, hold it under a closed lid (I kept it for 45 minutes).
  • When I opened the lid, I saw something very tender, it’s scary to breathe. Remove the saucepan from the multi without removing the Cheese, let it cool on the table to room temperature. I put the saucepan with cheese in the refrigerator for 3 hours. She took it out of the refrigerator - the cheese got stronger, grabbed. Using a grid for steam (I wrapped it in cellophane so as not to damage the surface of the cheese), first take the cheese out onto the grid, and then, attaching a plate, onto the plate. Put in the refrigerator for 5 hours. (I put it overnight.) Remove from the refrigerator. Drizzle with icing (melted a chocolate bar + a little cream).
  • Done !!!
  • Cheesecake with chocolate
  • You can put ordinary soft cottage cheese in tubes of the "House in the Village" type into the curd filling, you can take half the rate, then 45 minutes will be enough for baking in a slow cooker, and 20 minutes without taking out) under the lid. You can take Philadelphia or Almetta.
