Ingredients
Millet 1/2 mst
Water 1 mst
Milk 1.3 mst
Salt 1/3 tsp
Sugar to taste
Butter 5-10 g
Cooking method

Thoroughly rinse the millet, pour boiling water for a couple of seconds, drain the water, and the cereals in a MV saucepan. Add salt, sugar, butter, add milk and water. Put the saucepan in the MV, close the lid. Milk porridge program with a delay of at least 1 hour. After 2 hours we have millet porridge ready for 1 cycle.

I love millet porridge very much, but it has never been boiled in 1 cycle. Today at 7 o'clock in the morning my daughter asked me to cook millet porridge. Without delaying, I loaded the porridge. Set a delay of 2 hours. After the signal, I opened the lid: the porridge is ready. Since the eaters were not ready for a meal, the porridge was on the "Heating" for another 30 minutes, which did not harm it in the least. I have never had such a fluffy and tender millet porridge. Hence the conclusion: millet should be cooked with a delay.
