Ingredients

pollock 500 g
potatoes 3 pcs.
bulb onions 1 PC.
mushrooms 500 g
sour cream 500 g
egg 1 PC.
flour 80 g
salt pepper taste
baking powder 0.5 tsp
broccoli 400 g
vegetable oil for frying
sugar in dough (optional) 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • There are many porcini mushrooms this year. I can't get to the forest, but to the market - very much ... I could not resist, I bought ... Having spent money on mushrooms, I decided to save on fish. I bought non-noble pollock for noble mushrooms. By the way, I generally treat him very well, and I don't understand why some people buy him only for cats. But my cat does not live with me now, there is no one to fight for pollock ... I bought it !!!
  • 1. Defrost pollock fillet, dry, salt, pepper and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
  • 2. Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Squeeze out excess juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3. Fry the mushrooms with finely chopped onions in vegetable oil. Salt.
  • 4. Broccoli disassemble into inflorescences and boil in boiling water for literally three minutes. Salt.
  • 5. Prepare the fill. Beat the egg and salt (I put 0.5 teaspoons of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar). Add sour cream or fermented baked milk to the egg (I had a very thick country sour cream, which I diluted with cream), baking powder and flour. I poured flour into the dough about 3/4 of a 250 ml glass, the dough should resemble biscuit in consistency. Stir with a spoon quickly and gently from bottom to top. If there are small lumps - it's okay, they will disperse during the baking process.

  • 6. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Put a pillow of grated potatoes on the bottom.
  • 7. Place a layer of fried fish on a potato pillow.
  • 8. Put fried mushrooms and onions on the fish, spread broccoli inflorescences.

  • 10. Bake at t 180 - 200 C (depending on the oven) 35-40 minutes, until crisp.

  • PS Broccoli in the recipe can be replaced with cauliflower or green beans, or not put at all, increasing the number of other ingredients
