Chicken liver with rice and green peas Liver with peas in a multicooker Brand 37501

Ingredients

chicken liver 500gr
rice 1 1/2 tbsp. MV
tomato paste 4 tsp
canned green peas 1 can-400gr
bulb onions 1 onion
garlic 4 slices
rast. oil
salt
hot water 2 st MV

Cooking method

  • The chicken liver was washed and cut into pieces. Finely chop the onion, garlic (you can cut it as you like, into cubes, rings, etc.).
  • I switched the multicooker to the Fry-Vegetables mode, poured oil, closing the bottom, waited a little for the oil to warm up.
  • She dipped the liver into the heated oil and fried, stirring with a spatula, for THREE minutes. Added garlic and onion to the liver, again. stirring, fry THREE minutes.
  • Next, add tomato paste (you can add up to 100g to taste), mix for THREE minutes.
  • Add rice, peas and salt. I poured TWO multicooker glasses of hot water from the kettle.
  • Stirred, brought to a boil. She switched on the EXTINGUISHING mode, closed the lid for NINE minutes.
  • I turned off the MV without opening anything and went to cut the salad.
  • The dish should stand for 10-15 minutes in a closed MV, then open, you can stir. but you can immediately in the plates.
  • Ska-zoch-but delicious !!!!! Bon Appetit!!!
  • The recipe is adapted for MV from the book by O. Putan "Such a different chicken. Original dishes for weekdays and holidays"

The dish is designed for

5 servings

Time for preparing:

30-35 minutes

Cooking program:

Roasting vegetables, Stewing

Note

The dish turned out, I'm not afraid of this word, awesome tasty !!!!! Delicate and satisfying !!! I'm surprised at myselfground ate 2 plates !!!

Very easy and simple, quick lunch or dinner !!!
I will clarify: in orig. one head is indicated in the recipe for garlic (scatter, vampires!), but it seemed to me a lot, put 4 cloves. Tomato paste-100g, I don't really like it, I limited myself to 4 teaspoons.

Melisa72ru, thank you for the recipe, I haven't looked here for a long time, yesterday I thought about what to feed the peasants with, I looked through new recipes, settled on yours .. Fast, tasty and budget!

Melisa72ru, Eugene. Thank you very much for the recipe.
It turned out yummy yummy. True, I deviated a little from the recipe: I did not add rice, because I cooked the side dish separately and did not use the peas. I threw a few sprigs of rosemary, and the rest is just like yours. The liver turned out to be tender, delicious gravy. The only thing, next time I will not cook in Panasonic -18 (she fries "modestly", of course), but I will try to implement all this in Shteba, I think it will turn out no worse.
Thanks again!!!

Thank you too! Even the husband, who practically does not eat the liver (does not like it), emptied the plate with pleasure. Oh how ...
