Pink salmon baked under a vegetable coat

Ingredients

Pink salmon
Bulb onions
Carrot
Fish spices, salt
Olive oil (or vegetable)
Mayonnaise
Hard cheese (or processed)
Lemon juice

Cooking method

  • I have been making fish for a long time according to a recipe adapted for myself. My family loves her very much!
  • Peel the fish, wash, cut into portions, I cut into pieces 5 - 6 cm wide and always along the ridge.
  • Sprinkle pieces of fish with lemon juice, grate well with olive (vegetable) oil, salt, rub in fish spices.
  • Leave to marinate for 40 minutes.
  • Peel the onion, cut into a quarter into rings. Peel the carrots, cut into thin strips. Fry in vegetable oil until soft.
  • Put the pickled pieces of fish on a baking sheet, grease each with mayonnaise on top. Top with a couple of teaspoons of the grill on each slice. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200 C for 20-25 minutes. Focus on your oven, but the main thing is not to overdry! I sometimes bake for 20 minutes, and then turn on the grill for three minutes until a beautiful crust forms.

fomca Deliciously delicious !!!!! Thanks for the recipe!
No matter how much I cooked pink salmon, it always turned out a little dry, I'll try it according to your recipe.

I cooked all this in a multicooker on a baking dish. The husband, who categorically does not accept chicken and fish in an unfried form, was shy for a sweet soul. Today I'm defrosting pink salmon again.

giraffe , very, very glad that they pleased my husband .... oh, and they are fastidious !!!!!

In general, as I cooked it yesterday: I did not sprinkle it with lemon, my men don’t like fish with it, I put another row of potatoes on a layer of carrots with onions and a little grease with mayonnaise. Everything else is as in the recipe. In a slow cooker, 15 minutes for baking and 20 for stewing. Delight. I have one portion left for lunch. And my husband again ate NOT Fried fish, which makes me very happy in terms of health. After all, he is already married more than he lived with his mother, but only now eating habits are slowly changing.

And I bake the pink salmon in a slightly different coat. Cut the pink salmon fillets into portions, put them in a slightly oiled vegetable form (deep baking sheet) with the skin down. Sprinkle on top with a special seasoning "Lemon seasoning for fish dishes" from "Santa Maria" (I only take it for fish dishes, never brings). Then I cover with a layer of steamed onions and carrots (cut into strips). I fill it with dressing: egg + a little milk + mayonnaise + wheat flour = I mix everything well. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the dressing. And in the oven for 20 minutes. All! Take a treat!

Lyudmil, in which pressure cooker and how? ))

Lena, I have a Mulinex pressure cooker. And as in the recipe, Giraffe wrote - 15 minutes on frying only one side of the fish, preferably with the skin down. And then I grease it with mayonnaise, close it with frying (you can fry it separately in a pan) and some grated cheese. And then stewing for 20 minutes. You can stew for 25 minutes if there are a lot of carrots and onions. It turns out very tasty.
