Pickled mushrooms with cinnamon

Ingredients

Mushrooms
For 1 liter of marinade:
Sugar 2st. spoons
salt 4h spoons
Bay leaf 3 pcs
allspice 6pcs
carnation 3 pcs
cinnamon sticks (~ 3cm each) 3 pcs
vinegar essence 70% 3 tsp

Cooking method

  • I clean mushrooms, lightly boil. I wash the mushrooms thoroughly. I boil it for about an hour. I put mushrooms in sterilized jars.
  • Pour water into a saucepan, as it boils, throw in all the components of the marinade, let it boil, then pour the mushrooms with this marinade. I seal with sterilized lids.
  • I always close the mushrooms in small jars. On the photo cans of 0.5 liters.
