Tart with peaches and butter cream

Ingredients

for the test:
butter (melt) 115 g
flour 180 g
sugar 100 g
vanillin 1 g
ground almonds 2 tbsp. l.
for cream:
cream (if possible fatty) 120 ml
egg 1 PC.
starch 1 tbsp. l.
honey 2 tbsp. l.
peaches 600 g

Cooking method

  • The tart turned out to be mega-delicious and even tastier) the thinnest layer of crispy nut dough, the most delicate cream and honey peaches, it seems tastier than the pie I have not tried yet!) And I have tried enough of them)))
  • Preheat oven to 180 gr. Mix the butter and sugar, add the rest of the ingredients except the almond crumbs and stir with a spatula. You will get a dough like a cookie. Grease the mold with oil (I have a silicone one - I did not grease it, 23 cm in diameter). Lay out the dough and smooth over the bottom and sides (not very high, about 2 cm). Place the dough in several places and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. For cream, add honey, cream, vanillin to a lightly beaten egg, beat and add starch, beat again so that there are no lumps. Peaches, wash, cut into wedges. Remove the crust, sprinkle with almond crumbs (so as not to soak from the cream), put the chopped peach slices on the crust and carefully pour the filling. Bake the tart for about 50 minutes, until the pouring has set and the crust is browned. Sprinkle the cooled tart with icing sugar.
  • This tart will also be good with nectarines and apricots.
