Czech cake

Ingredients

Dough
sugar 200 g
egg 2 pcs.
sour cream 1 glass
soda 0.5 tsp. ( slightly more )
flour 7 table. lies.
condensed milk 0.5 cans
cocoa 1 table. lies.
Cream
butter 250-300 g
sugar 4 table. lies.
condensed milk 0.5 cans
sour cream 4 table. lies.
cocoa (optional) 2-3 table. lies.
walnuts 2 glasses

Cooking method

  • The composition of the cake (especially the biscuit) is very similar to the "Prague" one. But ... This cake tastes completely different!
  • So, for making dough it is necessary to grind eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add soda (slightly more than 0.5 tsp) to a glass of sour cream, mix and combine with the egg mass. Mix. Add half a can of condensed milk, mix. Sift the flour and add to the bulk, mix. Divide the dough in half and add one spoonful of cocoa to one part (who loves a chocolate sponge cake, you can add more cocoa). Bake two cakes - light and dark in a mold with a diameter of 20-22 cm (baking temperature - 180 degrees, time - about 30 minutes) Allow the cakes to cool in the mold, and then cut each cake in half.
  • For cream Grind butter at room temperature to white, add sugar and condensed milk, beat. Add cocoa if desired, beat. Then add sour cream and stir (do not beat!).
  • Dry the walnuts in a frying pan, peel and mash with a rolling pin, but not into powder, but rather large pieces remain.
  • Collect the cake, alternating light and dark cakes, smearing them with cream and sprinkling with nuts. Grease the top and sides with cream and sprinkle with nuts.

The dish is designed for

Weight approx. 1.6KG

Time for preparing:

2 hours

Note

The cake turns out to be very tasty and very satisfying. After cooling, it is well cut. Original recipe cream no cocoa added and from this the taste of the cake is no worse (just less chocolatey). Enjoy your meal!

Polianna, yes, half a can of condensed milk is necessarily added to the dough. Sorry, I missed it. I need to fix it somehow, but I haven't figured it out yet how
