Chicken liver and cherry tomato salad

Ingredients

chicken liver 300 g
Cherry tomatoes 13-15 pcs
rucola
quail eggs (my addition) 13-15 pcs
refueling
olive or vegetable oil 3 tbsp
vinegar 6% (I have balsamic) 1 tbsp
garlic 2 cloves
salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Cut the liver into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil until tender (5-7 minutes).
  • Cherry tomatoes and hard-boiled quail eggs, cut in half.
  • Make a refueling. Mix oil, vinegar, add garlic squeezed through a garlic press, salt and pepper.
  • Put lettuce leaves in a salad bowl. Put the liver, tomatoes, eggs on them. Drizzle with the dressing and stir gently.
