Flip Pie with Pears

Ingredients

Pear 700 g
Butter 50 g
Sugar 250 gr (100 g - for dough)
Lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
Walnuts (I have not used) 50 g
Wheat flour 250 g
Baking powder 2 tsp
Salt pinch
Egg 3 pcs
Milk 6 tbsp. l.
Walnut oil (used walnut oil) 4 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Chocolate drops and almond flakes optional

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the pears into slices (2.5 pears peeled and cut lengthwise into four parts, removed the core).
  • Mix butter, sugar 150 g and lemon juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Let it boil for one minute.
  • 2. Immediately pour this sugar mass into a detachable mold with a diameter of 26 cm, lined with baking paper and oiled.
  • 3. Spread pears and nuts in a circle like a fan (unfortunately, there were no nuts, so I did not use them).
  • 4. Pour flour and baking powder into a bowl, stir.
  • Beat eggs until fluffy, add sugar, salt, milk, nut and vegetable oils. Beat everything.
  • Slowly pour the flour mixture into the egg mixture, stirring the dough with a spoon (in the last turn, if desired, add 50 g of chocolate drops to the dough).
  • 5. Pour the dough over the pears and gently spread (I had about a kilogram of pears - 3 large ones. The poti all went to the bottom, and cut the half (which did not fit) into small pieces and pressed it into the dough from above).
  • Place the dish in a preheated oven, bake at 180 ° C for 35 minutes.
  • 6. When the cake is baked, you need to wait a little until it cools down, since the hot sugar mass is liquid.
  • And then turn over and carefully pull off the baking paper.
  • You can stop at this, since the cake is very beautiful in itself, but you can also pour over it with arbitrarily melted chocolate and sprinkle with almond flakes, since the pear goes well with almonds and chocolate in taste.
