Chicken in cognac

Ingredients

chicken legs 4 things
olive oil
salt
pepper
Sauce:
cognac 100-120g
olive oil 3 tbsp. spoons
ground pepper
thyme

Cooking method

  • Divide the chicken legs into drumsticks and thighs, brush with olive oil, salt and pepper. Put on a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake on both sides for 15 minutes. Remove chicken from baking sheet. Pour the resulting juice into a saucepan, add all the ingredients of the sauce, heat, stirring for 1 minute. Put the chicken on a baking sheet, pour over the sauce and bake for another 20 minutes.
  • The chicken turns out to be very aromatic, tasty, with a crispy crust. )))
