Recently we bought this for a share. While the flight is normal. We baked white yeast bread several times. Everyone likes. Our bread maker is the first, there is nothing to compare with. Feels like everything you need is in it. No unnecessary show-off.

Hello! I bought such a bread machine. I like her. Both bakes and kneads the dough great, but it smells like plastic when baking. Tell me, please, who has had such a stove for a long time, will it pass or is it better to pass it?
Sandy
And what is the shape of the loaf? Does anyone have a photo?

I gave myself such a bread maker on March 8, I am happy like an elephant, it bakes everything great, only Borodinsky did not work out, when I bake another bread I put a photo, but the bread turns out to be great, the top did not fall even once, it tastes just super my all relatives are happy, the child has already eaten homemade bread, and I rarely keep up with mine, at the expense of Borodinsky someone can suggest a recipe (without leaven, preferably)

I didn't smell like plastic

I got rid of the smell over time (after about 3 weeks of daily use). I am very pleased with the oven!

For almost 2 years I have had Gorene BM 900AL (aluminum case). It seems to still be found on store shelves. I saw it recently.
The functions are the same. There is still an add. bowl included.
I am very pleased with her.

it’s not the best, it’s better, but in general I like the way it bakes, I just would like more Borodinsky, once it didn’t work out the second time I didn’t risk it

This is my second bread maker. Before that, there was Clatronic. Oh, and I suffered with her - the bread does not rise, then it is too large, then the top will fall off. But as they say, a gift horse ... I did not dare to buy a new bread machine for a long time. But all of a sudden I bought a Gorenje BM 1200 BK. She really bribed me with her design and black body color. The first bread in it disappointed me - the top fell in the middle, the top itself remained barely golden in color and the loaf was moist inside. I began to experiment with the ingredients in the bookmark and search the forums for bread recipes. On one I found the perfect bread recipe (although the top is again golden in color and I brown it in the oven. Although this is apparently a feature of this model). Thanks to the author of this recipe! Having remade under my own oven, I began to bake excellent bread, which my whole family loved very much.
For 1200 g of finished bread:
350 ml warm water
1 small egg
1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. l. honey
680 g sifted wheat flour
3 tsp salt
1.5 tsp. dry yeast
program "French bread", medium crust.
The bread is high, finely porous, medium density.

Fixed the problem of top failure-REDUCE YEAST QUANTITY. By weight 900 - one tsp. By weight 1200-1.1 --- 1.2 maximum. And you will be happy. In this stove, after the signal, the temperature of the rise of the dough is 33 degrees and it is supposed to be 28 degrees. Here is the dough and perturbation with the amount of yeast in the recipe. Moz recipe checked: 400 g syrovatka-water 1.5 tsp. salt 1.5 tbsp. l. sugar 2.5 tbsp. l. seed oil-olive 700 g of sifted flour, the highest grade. 1.1 tsp yeast. Program 2 French. The crust is medium. Weight 1200 g. Look after the kolobok. Don't make the dough very thick. Add cheese dill seed to taste.

Gorenje BM 1200 BK is my fourth and first bread maker. There were: Severin - the drive belt flew, I-Star - the engine burned out,
Maxwell - electronics flew and everything happened in the second year after the end of the warranty. But the bread in their "buckets" was excellent,
there is a favorite and proven recipe for all of them. And now Gorenje BM 1200 BK ... I have been suffering with it for more than a month. So that there was
I kept the smell for about 5 minutes in the baking mode - the stench passed. But bread DOESN'T WORK with yours, either in your own way or in the book
recipes. It turns out a cupcake with a hard and tiny crumb, press down with your palm and crumbles into small crumbs (goes to sparrow tits,
good winter). I changed EVERYTHING, all the ingredients, modes, quantity, weight, recipes ... the result is the same - a crumbling cupcake with a hard
crumb, the day after baking, really pulls your mouth. With a pale, sometimes not baked, crust I found a solution on the Internet -
leave it on heating for a few minutes ..., apparently this is a "feature" of this stove, since in others this was not. The crust is not
falls through - almost flat but also not convex, the stirrers need to be removed (in "bucket" bread makers, as a rule, they fell out), the dough
suitable to the level of capacity (900gr.) and never higher, even watery does not fall off.
I did not find a solution to the "cupcake" problem. Now I put the bread again according to my recipe - the bun is not smooth, the surface seems to be small
tubercles ((probably again the birds will go for food (. Maybe there are some considerations, it's a pity to throw out the stove, it's expensive (about 6 thousand)
and missed good bread - got used already)))).

Owners of this model, at what stage can seeds be added, etc.? I did not find it anywhere in the instructions. And the batching of the text ends, as I understand it, after the first 10 signals?
