: flowers: I create a separate theme so as not to lose information among other models.

Because, as it turned out, several form and forum users already have such a device, and I ran through the table of contents and thought that alone I was thinking about whether to take it or not.
The epic of choice and decision making is here: Bamix M200 Superbox blender and the entire Bamix family of blenders
This is how I had a green gazpacho for technical purposes (I didn’t try to make it pure green, as for serving, it works for me with a gas station) - this is all that my 600 W Brown Multiquick mastered

And now a new test.

I decided to use bamix to make ice cream, but not ordinary, but with pink and green peppers, fennel seeds, fresh basil and mint, and the filling is strawberries and tomatoes, plus lime.
I used a chopper with a removable glass disc for chopping spices and then herbs, a tall glass and a multifunctional knife for chopping strawberries and tomatoes, a beater attachment for making a whipped ice cream base mousse on agar with cottage cheese

A few photos:

I have a marble mortar, I usually grind it with it, it is normal for hot dishes and salads, but for desserts it will probably be more convenient to grind dry spices with bamix

So - after chopping with a knife in a chopper

And finally - like this after rubbing with a glass disc.
I'm not thrilled. I had to obey the instructions, it warned - if you want to grind the greens really finely, freeze them first. I didn't want to freeze it. Conclusion - it is better to chop fresh herbs with an ordinary multifunctional knife so as not to stain the chopper unnecessarily. Although it is easy to clean ...

Wow! How many pictures! I also whipped ice cream with this blender last summer. Very convenient and fast And this year we somehow managed without ice cream

I wonder what the minced meat will look like in SliceSy. I don’t make minced meat in it myself - I’m sorry (you cannot wash the lid under water, but in this cobmine I always shred vegetables).
Alexandra
mannochka, Thank you! I am very pleased!

I was so captivated by this process of studying a new blender that I could not resist a large number of photos, I like to later look at what changes are taking place in the cooking process. I especially like the contrast between chunks of frozen ice cream and a scoop in a spoon, and between the fruit-curd-agar mixture before and after whipping!

I want to try minced meat as a shredder, ik and a separate knife for chopping meat and vegetables - there is one in the kit!

First, I'll chop the vegetables, and then I'll try the minced meat ... I bought it for the mince after all.And the mey's graters have cool manual Microplanes - it was not for nothing that I bought them ... although you can also compare them in work and decide for yourself which is more convenient ... oh, there would be more time, I would turn around with my research

It will be great if you also show some of your works in bamix!
And which cover can not be washed under water ??? I haven't gotten to that yet

IMHO, it would be better to call the theme "Blender Bamix", without specifying the model. Superbox is, of course, the best choice. But if it were just "Bamix", then the popularity of the topic would be higher. And so - I will have to open a separate topic "Blender Bamix M160 Deluxe Purpur Red", as well as "Bamix SliceSy Black". And the rest so on, for all models ...

And I don't have any photographs of Bamiks' work. Somehow I didn't ask this.

Alexandra, thanks for opening Temka about my favorite bamix.
Since there are blenders similar to bamix, I propose to name the topic: Bamix, MixSy blenders and their analogues. Working with nozzles.
At the moment I have three blenders, including everyone's favorite cache 724. I use everyone, but bamix is my favorite, they are much more often. I just don't like what I have to keep on the table, it's a pity that the wall mount is not sold separately. There are any bamix attachments, but no holder.
Here Macha wrote about her first impressions, then I took the bamix with her light hand.
And on these pages whole battles unfolded.
At that time, I still did not know why the Swiss use aluminum instead of stainless steel, the answer turned out to be obvious - after copper, aluminum is the most heat-conducting material, as a result of which the motor is not in danger of overheating - it removes heat outside. In addition, aluminum has sound insulating properties, so the bamix is quiet compared to other brands of blenders. And aluminum polishing additionally increases the price of the unit.
Here is a video that I specially shot for Omelchik, where I showed that not only skim milk is whipped into a strong foam, any condition is whipped, the main condition is that it is chilled. With bamix, ice cream is obtained without an ice cream maker, if you do not forget to mix the mixture whipped with bamix several times in the freezer.

Thank you so much for the video. It is always pleasant and interesting to see it. And I also made ice cream with Bamiks without an ice cream maker (just in the freezer). It turns out great, no crystals, and I didn't even stir the mixture in the freezer.

By the way, here is the official one (from the official site - ) justification for the price of Bamiks:

The production of parts, components and assembly of the finished product are carried out 100% in Switzerland. So, the engine - the heart of any blender - is assembled and tested in several stages directly at the plant in Mettlen. For example, a precision engine rotor, after winding the wire and gluing it, undergoes balancing in much the same way as when balancing the wheels of a car. As a result, the blender works very quietly, does not vibrate or beat in the hands at high rotor speeds of up to 17 thousand rpm. To its credit, the manufacturer does not use engines made in Southeast Asia, which are half or three times cheaper, but not reliable enough. Every finished BAMIX motor undergoes a final 10 minute (sic!) Continuous run test, during which the behavior of the motor is examined and a decision is made as to whether it meets the standards. The bamix motor is designed for continuous use (more than 5 minutes), overloading, transmission transfers 100% of the power to the cutting attachment.

The blender handle is made of nylon, which is twice the price of polypropylene and other cheap plastics used by most manufacturers of similar products, but shatterproof nylon is stronger and more durable.

Bamix food processing cups are made of polycarbonate, which is four times the price of polypropylene and twice the price of plexiglass used by most competitors. The use of more expensive plastic leads to greater protection of containers from impacts as a result of falls, corrosion resistance, allows them to be used in microwave ovens (up to 150 degrees C). The bamix "processor" attachment, made of acetal, which is 6 times more expensive than polypropylene, is generally unique: it does not scratch, does not stain during operation and does not break.

Oh, really polished aluminum casing
16. The BAMIX casing is made of aluminum, which is resistant to corrosive ingredients.

17. An aluminum casing is more expensive than a closed tube casing because aluminum needs to be polished thoroughly.

18. Mechanical processing and manufacturing of aluminum parts is 4 times more expensive than plastic ones.

19. Aluminum is not stained (for example, from carrots), easy to clean

And here steel knives
The knives are made of high quality steel. They are sharply honed and not subject to bending or any shape change

And axle and transmission steel
Axle and transmission are made of high quality steel

The video from Margit made such a huge impression on me that I decided, without delay, to try whipping skim milk and cooking
Bamix M200 Superbox blender and the entire Bamix family of blenders
Affogato - an Italian dessert consisting of a scoop of vanilla ice cream and freshly brewed strongest aromatic espresso, which is poured onto the ice cream when served

I made a diet version of vanilla ice cream from skim milk and soft cottage cheese without sugar, instead of espresso I used natural Vietnamese coffee, fragrant with chocolate, brewed in a French press. A couple of spoons of Cointreau, in my opinion, gave the dessert a special aroma and charm
I whipped skim milk not into such a strong foam - maybe I took too much milk - but in the end, the volume turned out to be a double portion and I had to make 2 bookmarks in the ice cream maker

Alexandra, if you compare the process of whipping with other blenders (do you still have Kenwood?), how do you like Bamix? Has the milk-curd-agar mixture doubled / tripled in volume? How long did you beat? And if you also do it with another blender, would it work the same way, in the same time?
Alexandra
mannochka,
I have nothing to compare with. I don't have Kenwood, I have Brown Multiquick.

It has a regular whisk, which I am very happy with as a device for whipping proteins.
This is important for me, since I bake without sugar - the proteins should be whipped to stable peaks without it.
It turns out, however, I add a pinch of salt and a spoonful of lemon juice

So far, I do not bake, I unload the pancreas on the Sybarite power system - so I will beat the proteins with bamix in the fall.

I don’t beat ice cream at all, since I have it fat-free, there is a consistency due to agar, which, in principle, is not necessary to beat.
Honestly, this time I whipped it up for fun. Delicious, but empty in consistency, like frozen ice.

Usually I do it on soft vogue, the consistency at the exit is like an ice cream. All my recipes say that I puree all the ingredients with a blender. Well, at the same time they whip a little, but homogeneity is more important for me. With bamix, the uniformity is higher than with brown.

This time I made such ice cream for an experiment. Usually if I whip milk, it's only for cappuccino.

I whisk skim milk for a cappuccino using two devices - either Aerochchino + (Nespresso electric jug)
Or with the usual French press

I can compare with them whipping milk

Bamix definitely produces a denser and more homogeneous foam, and in aerochino + and in a French press - just a fluffy hat, and milk under it.
I didn't time it, but about a minute and a half each half - I had to pour it in half. Whipped milk, and only at the end added the agar-curd mass. As a result, the milk increased by more than 3 times ... the agar mass did not increase much (you can see in the photo, I whipped it until milk). But in the previous experiment, the curd-fruit-agar mass increased by a third (the photo is above when I was preparing the tomato-strawberry one)

About the same amount of time whips Aerochchino, well, and French press too. further you can repeat, but such density cannot be achieved ...
Manna
I did not whip skim milk (neither with a mixer (I have a stationary Bosch in the country), nor with bamix). Somehow I didn't need anything. So it became interesting, really the best bamix in whipping milk.

And about homogeneity with bamix ... I always knead a liquid (or a little thick) dough with it (a universal attachment).Fast and uniform. Very comfortably.

And as for the squirrels ... Most of all I like to beat them with bamix (or with a zepter). Beats very quickly. You can't compare with a mixer. Here it is already important not to over-beat. Where the mixer counts for minutes, with bamix for seconds Now, after the appearance of bamix in the country, I am thinking of giving the mixer to my mother. Somehow now he is worthless to me ... gathering dust ...
Alexandra
mannochka, thanks for sharing your experience and observations

I don’t have a mixer at all, so I’m gradually convinced that while bamix will be more powerful than Brown, I basically need to puree fruit every day. This is my sybaritic cocktail for breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner - low-fat cottage cheese with fresh fruit puree. That is why I wrote above that the most important thing for me is that the fruit puree comes out uniform.

Well, as a bonus - all the other functions ... I will gradually master.
Today I made another ice cream, and now I'm going to deal with the shredder
Alexandra
I come back with a report.

She made zucchini pancakes, and with them ice cream and sauce

I won't talk about ice cream and sauce, almost the same bamix work as in the posts above.

I'll tell you about the shredder ... I really liked it !!! It is easy to assemble-disassemble-wash, and even chicks-rubs at all.
Since I tried 2 graters - the smallest and the next in size - I also chopped them lightly with a knife for chopping loose vegetables and meat, which is in the main set
I also tried to beat the protein. Here I didn't quite succeed, I beat it quickly, but despite the salt and lemon juice, there was no splendor, the proteins easily poured out of the glass. I ask the audience for help - tell me how to beat the whites correctly ...

So, the photo report:

This is what I like about Bamix, people buy additional accessories for the blender without any problems, why don't all manufacturers look at Bamix, and we would not suffer, bought one, and bribed accessories for it.

Just about, and I, too, regretted this shredder for minced meat And buy the second ... my husband will not understand

About proteins ... Beat first at first speed. As soon as they begin to turn white and thicken, we go to the second one and raises the bamix up, thereby raising the protein mass. This is all happening very quickly. You, by any chance, did not overwhelm the protein?

Alexandra,
the protein is whipped (and not only the protein) by all means chilled. Let the glass of protein sit in the freezer for a while. I specially beat the whites of one egg, kept it in the freezer for two or three minutes, the photos were really not very good, I was in a hurry, I urgently had to leave. The photo shows that the mass is dense, not pouring.

Mannochka, Margitthanks for the science

I whipped 2 cold squirrels, however, I did not freeze and immediately turned on speed 2
I will train

Today I chopped a lot - I made cabbage soup with mushrooms and eggplants and salad - I used to chop onions, carrots, celery, eggplants. peppers, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers and even green onions.
And I also whipped the cold mass for ice cream before putting it in the ice cream maker, but not with milk, but thicker - it turned out very good.

There are many photos, but today there is no strength to post them, I will sort them out and post them in the week.

Everything else is very worthy

But I still decided to buy a second shredder, especially for meat
Hopefully this weekend I'll try it like a meat grinder

This time I took it with a black cap, so as not to confuse

In general, I'm playing with my new helper toy
Alexandra
Mannochka, and I'm going to remove all the graters-slicers from the second shredder somewhere, if something happens. Together with a plastic paddle.
And use only a sharp knife-attachment there - right inside the shredder he will live with me ... so, I hope, I will not get confused. Scrolled the meat - washed - removed
Manna
Prozapas? Well, we can, in about twenty years they will be needed. If, of course, they are not lost. It's a pity that you can't buy this combine without shredders And so, yes ... So it won't get messed up then. The main thing is not to use at the same time (not to wash at the same time) ... Well, in the sense, I used one, washed, removed, and only then the second. Well, I'm really looking forward to what kind of stuffing will turn out
Alexandra
Well, even if you use it in parallel, it will still not be confused.
One that with traces of minced meat cannot be confused with clean or, in extreme cases, vegetable juice.

I'm waiting myself ... I bought a piece of good meat for minced meat at the weekend - I just made a steamed baked pork out of it.

I am a vegetarian (well, I rarely eat fish - a couple of times a year). And my husband eats fish every day this summer. And so ... he loves meat very much. So I cook meat only for him. And for the minced meat she didn’t adapt anything (well, why would I need a meat grinder for such a small amount of minced meat?) So I’m thinking (for more than one year) what to cook the minced meat in. one SliceSy

FYI:
"ECO" on the company profile: "Bamix: Stable on one leg": "In order to survive, companies must constantly invent and bring innovative products to the market. This speaks of a common doctrine. The small company Bamix sees it differently: it has been producing for more than 50 years only one product is a blender. "
Alexandra
Good afternoon to all bamix owners and sympathizers!

As I promised, I am posting a photo report on the operation of the knife attachment in the shredder attachment.
As you remember, I bought a separate shredder for minced meat.
Today I decided to make lazy cabbage rolls and chop all products (except bulgur, which I use instead of rice) with this very knife.

My impressions:

First of all, I really enjoyed chopping vegetables. It turns out neatly, all the same small size, but not porridge - except for the tomatoes, which I deliberately chopped a little longer, despite the fact that I did not peel the skin.
I liked that the excess vegetable juice flows down and you take out the chopped vegetables on a special nozzle - the juice remains in the shredder container. And you can decide whether you need to add it to the dish or not.

I chopped onions and garlic, bell peppers, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage and herbs.
Chopping greens with this knife pleased me much more than the small round grinder-grinder I used above.
The greens are chopped finer and more homogeneous, remaining dry. Just perfect!

I will tell you separately about chopping meat. I was not lazy and pulled out my old woman - an electric meat grinder ROS, born in 1986, with a capacity of 600 watts at a price of 35 rubles. All this information is stamped on its plastic bottom.

Honestly, my old woman, although she scrolls twice as little meat at a time (about 250 g), in just a few clicks turns the meat into a homogeneous finely ground puree. Bamix did not defeat her. Minced meat is not much different, its structure, despite the longer processing time - about 3 minutes - still has the structure of minced meat, and not meat puree. But that's for the best, unless we're going to feed babies. Although for feeding babies, I think, you just need to eat less meat at once and chop it longer - and there will be happiness
