Cooking method

I pour 150 ml of kefir and whey (from the refrigerator) into a 500 ml measuring mug and add 150 ml of boiling water. I pour liquid into a bucket, rast. butter, sugar and salt. I sift the flour together with the yeast into a separate bowl, and then pour it into a bucket.
I fry sesame seeds in a pan.
