Meatloaf with beans and cabbage in dough

Ingredients

For filling:
chopped meat 800g
onion 2 heads
cabbage leaves 8-10pcs
boiled beans 1 glass
vegetable oil
salt pepper taste
vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
For the test:
egg 1 PC.
water 4st. l.
rast. oil 2 tbsp. l.
flour 2 glasses
lemon acid 1 pinch
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  • Add minced meat to the onion and fry for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Boil cabbage leaves in hot salted water until half cooked.
  • Knead all ingredients into elastic dough. Put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  • Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll it into a layer 0.5 cm thick. Put cabbage foxes on the dough, minced meat on them in an even layer. For minced meat - beans. Roll the dough into a roll, brush with whipped yolk.
  • Put the roll on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Bake in heated to 200g. oven for 30 minutes.
