Hello, I'm a newbie here, I recently bought a bread maker, now I'm experimenting, the first bread was made from a mixture, so we can say it turned out, the second was liquid, the crust settled, and in other cases the bread turns out great, here is one of the recipes:
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Light beer - 300 ml.
Salt - 1.5 tsp.
Honey or sugar - 2 tsp
Wheat flour - 400g.
Rye flour - 60 gr.
Yeast - 1 tsp

The dish is designed for 750 gr.

Cooking program: Wheat bread (1 program)

Very tasty and aromatic bread turned out. Thank you. In the process of mixing, I added 1.5 tbsp. l. rye flour. I put the middle crust. Added 70 gr. soft cheese (cut into small cubes). The rest is unchanged.
