Ingredients

Large eggs at room temperature 4 things.

Wheat flour of regular grinding 500 grams

Vanillin 1/2 teaspoon

Cooking method

  • This cake is prepared in 2 batches:
  • First batch: Pour milk into a deep bowl, add 2 whole eggs and 2 yolks. Beat well with a mixer. Add sugar and beat well again. Then pour all this into a bucket of a bread machine, add salt, warm melted butter (you can make 4 tablespoons of butter + 3 tablespoons of margarine), 350 g of flour, vanillin and 2 teaspoons of yeast (I have SAF yeast MOMENT). Then put the bucket in the bread maker, press the program No. 10 "DOUGH" (Do not put the raisins into the dispenser yet).
  • Second batch: After the end of the "TESTO" program, remove the bucket from the bread machine and add 1/2 tsp. lies. yeast and the remaining 150 g of flour, pour the sorted out, washed and towel-dried raisins into the dispenser ((it is advisable to buy not very hard raisins, light or dark no difference) If you put more raisins, the cake will not rise as it should. You can cook the cake without raisins , for those who don't like it.)
  • Put the bucket in the bread maker and bake on program No. 1 "Basic option" - weight 1 kg, light crust, you can also bake on program No. 6 "Sweet bread" - also 1 kg light crust.
