Chanterelle pie

Ingredients

Chanterelles 2 large handfuls
Leek (white part) 2 stems
Butter 2 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 2/3 cup
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
Eggs 1 PC. + 1 yolk
Flour 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Salt

Cooking method

  • We wash the chanterelles from the sand, dry them. Cut very large ones in half.
  • Wash the leeks, dry and cut into circles.
  • For the dough, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, egg, yolk, flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt.
  • Preheat the oven to 180about FROM.
  • We spread the chanterelles on a preheated dry pan, cover and fry over high heat for 5 minutes. Remove the lid and evaporate all the liquid. Salt.
  • In a pan in which we will bake the pie, melt the butter, put the leeks and fry on one side until golden brown. We remove from the fire. Gently turn over the onion circles, pour out the chanterelles and fill everything with dough. Shake the pan slightly to distribute the dough evenly.
  • Bake ~ 45 minutes until golden brown.
  • Recipe from the magazine "Gastronom".

Note

Delicious! There is nothing more to add.

The recipe is simple and very tasty, thank you, but we can't find chanterelles with fire during the day. Maybe try with champignons?

The recipe is VERY simple.
You can, of course, with champignons, but ... unfortunately, there will be no such smell of forest mushrooms.

To your health!

PS And maybe to the forest for mushrooms? ..

poiuytrewq who would argue that with forest mushrooms a hundred times tastier but celfh Tatiana right - the land is so dry that even autumn mushrooms are probably not expected
