Note

This recipe is taken from the site (author Yana) and modernized to suit my taste preferences. Since both onions and peppers are from their own garden, they are not particularly impressive in size, so this amount was taken. (Photo from the phone, so I apologize for the quality).

We put the saucepan in the MV for 45 minutes in the mode Bakery products.
After 30 minutes, I opened the lid (until the end of cooking - 15 minutes)

the boiling process was in full swing.

I think that 15 minutes before the end of cooking, the lid can be left open further so that the excess liquid evaporates (especially since we all know how to freeze fish brought to us). But for some reason, after a couple of minutes, I decided to close it back, because I was afraid that the liquid would evaporate and the bottom would burn.
After I put the fish in another dish, I saw how much liquid was left

So feel free to leave the saucepan with the lid open.

For my taste, it is the Bulgarian pepper that gives a special piquancy.
Bon Appetit everyone!

I don’t know .. I went to the market .. Thinking, what kind of fish (fillet) to take? We have a problem with the maritime language. For a weight of 1200 grams, after defrosting, as a rule, 400-450 grams remains, sometimes it reaches 500. And the whole is torn like "paper" ... And tilapia - from 700 grams of weight (purchased), 500 grams will definitely remain at least 500 grams. Take any fillet, even pollock.

It turned out very tasty! The fish is juicy! Only did not add pepper - the husband does not like him. Thanks for the quick recipe !!!

Elena_aga, You are always welcome .. glad that you liked it .. and about pepper I want to say - its presence, as it seemed to me, gives the fish the taste of shrimp or something .... .. or was it such a fish?

* Anyuta *, thanks for the recipe! I did it more than once and really liked it, I'm sorry I forgot to thank you right away. Today I plan to cook it for lunch only with catfish fillets (I write and swallow saliva). It's very fast and delicious!

Anyutochka, happy Easter! It so happened that today I cooked a fish according to your recipe. It turned out very tasty. True, without tomato, bell pepper and cheese, onion + notothenia fish + carrots mixed with mayonnaise. Cooking in a saucepan on the stove turned out to be a delicious, juicy fish with vegetables and decent sauce. Boiled rice and poured this sauce with vegetables and fish. Very tasty.
