Aromatic apple pie

Ingredients

Wheat flour 150 g
butter (softened) 100 g
sugar 100 g
eggs 2 pcs.
vanillin on the tip of a knife
baking powder 2 tsp
apples 2 pcs.
orange zest 1 tbsp. l.
almond petals (optional) handful

Cooking method

  • Beat butter with sugar. Add eggs. Mix well. Eggs should be at room temperature, so our cake will be fluffier.
  • Add vanillin, orange zest. We mix.
  • Peel the apples. Cut into small cubes.
  • Add apples to the egg and butter mixture. We mix.
  • Here you can also add pears, raisins, or both instead of apples. What your heart desires.
  • Mix the flour and baking powder. Sift into the mixture. Mix well. You should have a slightly doughy dough.
  • Lubricate the mold with butter, put the dough in a mold (24 cm in diameter).
  • From above, you can decorate with nuts or sesame seeds, I decorated with almonds. We send to a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is well browned.
  • The readiness of the cake can be checked with a match or a wooden toothpick, if after piercing the cake there is no dough left on the match, the cake is ready.
  • We wait until it cools down a bit and you can treat your friends to fresh, soft, lush and aromatic, very homemade apple pie.
  • Also, this cake turns out great in a multi on the baking mode - 40 minutes.

This cake is one of my favorites, conventionally, I call it "if guests are on the doorstep." Indeed, if guests suddenly come to you, and you have nothing sweet for tea, this cake always comes to the rescue. It prepares very quickly and easily, requires a minimum of effort, and all the friends who tried it were delighted with it.

It is easy and quick to prepare, the aroma and taste are amazing! I also added cinnamon and a pinch of salt (the secret of the Venetians).
There was no time to decorate, but while I was taking pictures, I ate 2 pieces !!!
