Pie Youth with rhubarb

Ingredients

odorless vegetable oil 150 g
sour cream or yogurt 150 ml
sugar 200 g
flour 150 g
baking powder 0.5 tsp
eggs 3 pcs
Choice of fruits: apricots, plums, nectarines on demand
apricot jam 100 ml

Cooking method

  • Sift flour with baking powder, beat eggs with sugar until fluffy (add sugar gradually).
  • Whisking add vegetable oil, add sour cream, sifted flour with baking powder, mix everything thoroughly.
  • I whipped everything with Kenwood 023
  • Pour the resulting dough into the pressure cooker bowl.
  • Put the halves of the fruit on top of the dough. I had rhubarb, about 150g
  • She baked on the Baking mode for 55 minutes.
  • Pie Youth with rhubarb

Soak the jam on top for another hot pie, but it's so sweet to me that jam is not required, but in the original version of the recipe there is jam-jam.
