Assorted pickled

Ingredients

Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Zucchini
Patissons
Salt 200gr.
Sugar 200 gr.
Vinegar 9% 300 ml
Spice garlic, peppercorns, bay leaf
Water 4 l

Cooking method

  • Put cucumbers, young zucchini (the size of a cucumber), squash on top and a couple of tomatoes in prepared jars.
  • Cover with boiled water. Let stand for half an hour.
  • Drain the water and prepare the marinade.
  • On 4l water add the specified amount of salt and sugar. Add spices. Let it boil, boil for three minutes, pour in vinegar, turn off the heat. Pour vegetables.
  • Roll up, wrap up.

Note

This recipe is a success with us! I especially like cucumbers, zucchini and squash. I put tomatoes in a box just for taste, a couple - three pieces. They taste like something like that .... But without them - also the taste is not the same.

The marinade is given for 4 liters of water, so I immediately boil a certain amount of liquid, then pour it over the jars, and the remainder remains in the pan.

do you mean how long this amount of marinade will last? I get three 3-liter cans. Considering that one can contains approximately 1.5 liters of liquid. Well, it often happens that I even roll up one can (3 liters), then I fill it at the rate of 2 liters of water. (half serving).
