Ingredients

wheat flour (1 grade) 350 g
wholemeal rye flour 150 g
honey 1 tbsp. l.
salt 1 tsp
water 320 ml
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
dry yeast 6 g
dill seeds, ground coriander, ground fennel, cumin 0.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • The bread really turned out to be VERY fragrant.
  • I put everything in the right order in a bucket of a bread machine - on the dough mode (1.5 hours), then formed the bread, put it on a proofer (until it increased by 2 times), made cuts and baked in a preheated oven for about half an hour at 180 grams.

I saw a ready-made bread mixture in the store and, by analogy, baked it, of course, in its proportions, but it turned out great (excuse me for praising myself.

I just baked bread according to your recipe. The only supplements were flax seeds and sesame seeds. The bread turned out to be excellent, with a soft crust, fragrant and few problems with it. Thanks for the recipe.

Give advice. From time to time I buy this mixture so that it is possible to make bread on a quick basis, or I ask the children to put it on - it turns out very tasty even on a quick program. I add only a tablespoon of fermented rye malt to the finished mixture. The bread is darker and more flavorful. I appreciate it for its taste and cooking time.
Hence the question - advise how to adapt this recipe for a bread maker (Panasonic) for a quick program? (in the version of the ready-made mixture, the weight of the ingredients is 500g, of water - 280ml.)
