Ingredients

large pike perch 1 PC.
perch small 2-3 pcs.
water 3 l.
rice 2-3 st. l.
young potatoes medium 3 pcs.
salt taste
greens (dill, parsley, basil) bundle
turmeric, pepper

Cooking method

  • Peel the pike perch, cut it so that it fits in the pan. Rinse the perch, tie in gauze. Place the fish in a saucepan. To fill with water. Cook until the pike perch is ready (10 minutes). Take out the pike perch, leave the perches in gauze - let them cook the broth (while we are busy with the pike perch). Free the pike perch meat from the bones. Remove the perches from the broth. Add the washed rice to the broth and cook for 10-15 minutes (until half cooked). Cut the young potatoes. Add to rice. Salt and season the broth. Cook until the potatoes are tender (10 minutes).

  • Bring to a boil and turn off. Insist for 5 minutes. It turns out very tasty ear!

Note

I deliberately do not add strongly aromatic spices, lemon, olives, etc., to the zander, so as not to interrupt the pure taste of pike perch. In my opinion, the goose ear is the tastiest! Without perches, it turns out to be more transparent and less greasy (I like this one more, and my husband loves to be accidental).
