Breasts - two hours ?! what will be left of them? will be dry and rough, tenderness will disappear. This is instant meat! did not understand what was the point. explain.

Good day
Since I have recently had a slow cooker, I have not yet fully figured out all the cooking modes. You may be right, although my homemakers slammed this dish in two days. The only excuse is to evaporate the alcohol in the beer.
If you have any suggestions, hints, I will listen to them with pleasure.

understandably. but I don't know how to combine breasts and cartoons. I would make them in a cast-iron pan, over high heat, fry very quickly until golden brown. and then pour in beer, and darken for 3-5 minutes. and if in a cartoon, and with beer, then the meat must be taken either veal, or lamb, or just juicy beef, and darkened from the heart for 3 hours. two hours will not be enough, she is such beef, she loves long languor! try it, it will be interesting to know about the result!

in pursuit: pork also does not like long heating, as well as breasts! its also great with a beer in a pan !!! super!

Senks. I will definitely try and share the result.

According to this recipe, it makes sense to do it on baked goods for the minimum time (I have 20 minutes in Panasik). During this time, the breast will have time to cook and will not have time to dry out. And there is no point in pouring out all the beer. For such an amount of meat, a glass is quite enough to be on a par with the meat (including the marinade).
If it is possible to set the time per minute, then 10 minutes will be enough, only then the liquid needs much less to have time to evaporate.
I did this type of breast in a pressure cooker, it took me 3 minutes + time to relieve pressure. It turns out quite tasty.
