Ingredients

Chicken fillet medium 2 pcs
Bulb 1 PC
Young carrots 3 pcs
Green peas young 1 glass
Cream 100 ml
Vegetable oil a little bit

Cooking method

  • For the stove: lightly fry the onion in vegetable oil, add chicken, carrots, salt, fry a little. Add cream, simmer until tender. Add the peas 10 minutes before being ready.
  • For a multicooker:
  • 1. Mode "Frying": lightly fry the onion and chicken in vegetable oil, add carrots, salt. I added a couple of tablespoons of yogurt just in case.
  • 2. "High pressure" mode: 10 minutes, blew steam into a wet towel (thanks to the girls on the website for the towel tip)
  • 3. Mode "Frying": add cream and peas, simmer for 10 minutes. That's it! It turns out very tender and tasty. The main thing is not to overcook the onions.
