Whole flour rye cake

Ingredients

wholemeal rye flour 2.5 cups
wheat flour 1 grade 1 cup
fresh yeast 20 g
kefir (1%) 300 ml
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
salt 1 tsp
honey 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • measuring cup for HP (240 ml)
  • I put everything in the right order in a bucket of HP and put it on kneading for 10 minutes. When mixing, I added 2 tbsp. l. water. Turned off the HP, left the dough to rise for 1 hour and 10 minutes (it grew almost under the cover of the HP). From the dough, I formed a cake (the dough is a little sticky, but does not stick) and put it to proof for another 40 minutes. Baked for 25 minutes at 190 gr.

1 loaf of about 700 g

Ksyusha, I just laid it out on a baking sheet, it certainly spread, but not much, it was a cake, not a pancake
