The milk turns out to be perfumed, thick, fatty and sweet. BUT! Drinking milk alone ... it is, of course, healthy ... but still boring. Therefore, a reasonable question arose - shouldn't we make cottage cheese?

Cottage cheese, as everyone knows, is a fermented milk product. And it turns out that without sour milk ... no, it's wrong to say so, without yogurt - that's how it is! So, you can't do without yogurt.
You can throw a crust of rye bread into the milk, or you can spoon a second sour cream. Milk also ferments. Here it is, what ... yogurt !!!

Real. See what layers it formed. And the serum separated. Natural product. By the way, this whey is very tasty. I'll prove it to you later. Documented.

And if you look from above, it becomes clear how thick and dense this curdled milk is. And the scent, by the way, ... I would say an inspiring scent. A kind, you know, gently creamy ... fermented milk.

We will send all the cans with curdled milk…. And what about without cans? Without cans - no way! Although the product is natural, and if, say, put it in a bowl, it forms such stratal pieces, but still there is fluidity.

And ... after heating the oven to eighty degrees, no more, let's leave it, curdled milk, sweat. Minutes twenty - thirty. No more.
Here's what happens.

The curdled milk itself thickened even more, and the whey separated, so to speak, more cleanly.

Well, and flooded, of course. Melted sour cream pulled. Many people say that the nutty tint appears in the aroma, but I somehow ... or maybe just my sense of smell is dull. I smoke….

And while the cans, that is, the curdled milk in these cans is cooling down, we will prepare such a simple thing ... well, let it be ..., a device. Cover the colander with gauze (preferably in two layers at least), and put this colander in a large saucepan to collect the whey.

And then we put all the curdled milk from the cans in this very sauteed colander.

And we wait for the serum to drain a little.

And then we turn the gauze into a knot and hang this knot over some container. So that, then, the whey is completely glass and yogurt turned into cottage cheese.

Thanks for another interesting story !!! I spend the whole summer with my children in the village, so there is not a single cow left, no one wants to keep cattle. So you have to live in the village to drink sterilized milk - there is simply no other. Sad
