Rice with mushrooms and chicken fillet (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Chicken fillet 600-700gr.
Rice 2MS
Bulb 1 PC.
Carrot 2 pcs.
Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs.
tomato 3 pcs.
Dill, parsley 1 bundle
tomato paste 2st. spoons
Salt pepper taste
some sunflower or olive oil for frying 3st. spoons
water 4MS
Champignon 300gr.

Cooking method

  • Grate onions and carrots on a coarse grater. Fry in vegetable oil. Oven mode 3 level 2-3 minutes with the lid open.
  • Add chopped fillet. Fry until the fillets change color. Remove the skin from the tomato, cut the tomatoes and peppers into small cubes. Add to a saucepan and pepper. Rinse the champignons in running water, chop finely and pour into a saucepan.
  • Stir everything well and darken a little until the end of the Oven program. Add well washed rice. In a separate container, dissolve tomato paste in salted water and pour into a saucepan. Add spices. Mix everything, close the lid and start the program MULTI-COOK 110gr-12min... At the end of the program, open the lid, add chopped herbs. Close the lid and keep it warm for a while. All

Note

Fillet marinate in the evenings in lemon juice, onions and spices. A couple of drops of apple cider vinegar, but it's not for everybody.
