cottage cheese 300 g

Cooking method

If the dough is steep, you can add up to 4 tbsp. l. kefir. Add cheese, grated on a coarse grater. Put in a prepared dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send to the oven until tender (I baked for 50 minutes).
