Baked fish with milk sauce

Ingredients

Fish fillet (hake, pike perch, cod) 1 kg
Spices (salt, black pepper, dry dill) taste
Tomatoes 3 pcs
Bell pepper 1-2 pcs
Pickle 1-2 pcs
Milk 1.5% fat 300 ml
Eggs 2 pcs
Mustard 1 teaspoon

Cooking method

  • Peel the fish and cut into portions. I used cod carcass in my recipe. But you can also use fish fillets. Salt and pepper the fish and put in a frying pan or on a baking sheet (I took a frying pan).
  • Place a pickled cucumber cut into slices on the fish.
  • Now put the bell pepper cut into strips.
  • Place the sliced ​​tomato in circles along the edge of the pan (baking sheet).
  • Sauce preparation: beat 2 eggs with salt, add mustard, beat thoroughly and add a glass of milk. Pour the sauce over the fish and sprinkle with dry dill.
  • Put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

I cooked this fish, and sprinkled it with cheese at the end. Very tasty, even my daughter ate a little, although she does not eat fish at all.
