Ingredients

Eggs (large) 2 pcs.
Starch (I have corn) 3 tbsp. l.
Fresh apricots (canned) 400 gr.

Cooking method

  • An unusually tender, aromatic and delicious pie with cottage cheese and apricots, which can be replaced with plums, peaches, pears or large seedless grapes, try it!
  • Punch oil, flour and salt in a blender until crumbs form, add ice water and beat again. Roll the dough into a ball, then spread it into a cake and place in the refrigerator while we prepare the filling.
  • Place cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, starch, zest, vanilla and sour cream (cream) in a deep bowl and beat with a mixer.
